NOTE: Fire and Ice is not responsible for bloggers not doing their part by reviewing or posting reviews to Amazon. If the review isn't up by specified date given to the blogger, we will contact them about review. If the blogger still fails to review or post review, we will notify the author. But after the blogger has been contacted, it is then out of our hands. However we will make note of it for any future review copies the blogger might sign up for.
